Unparalleled Client support, how we do our thing

Once we have had an initial chat, we recommend a meeting either at your place or a comfortable coffee shop near you. During that meeting we try to get a better idea of your aspirations and go through our Client worksheet document.

Within a week of having the meeting we come back to you with a proposal and a pricing estimate. When you are happy with our proposal we start work on your project and give you access to our project extranet and your own personal account area.

 

Client account extranet

As part of making our relationship with you easy, we provide you access to your online account management tool. This easy to use web based system allows you to control your account with KYSI2. We are keen to reduce paper trails for everyone and this online system allows us to do just that. We prepare detailed and easy to understand estimates for our work and produce invoices which you can view and pay online.

For you as a KYSI2 client, you will be able to view and except estimates for work. You can also view invoices and organise payment easily. Extensive reports can be utilised to download information about your account with us.

In addition you can change your own account details such as address and contact information and payment options. Of course, if you still want posted invoices we can do that too.

 

 

Client project extranet

To aid the whole process from start to finish of your project we have online project management tool for you to use.

Our project tool keeps track of milestones and deadlines which you can view and comment on. Both KYSI2 designers and developers along with your internal staff can leave messages. This keeps all dialog in one central place with no chance of losing that all important email.

The system provides easy to do lists management and provides a proof area for your designs and builds.

Email notification of messages, to do items etc can be sent to you automatically when new items are added. RSS feeds are also an option.
